About Us
Mission:

Our mission is to
make life easier for
seniors and their
family members.   

We will do the errands
and tasks that may be
difficult or you don’t
have time for or just
don’t like to do.



    Helping Hands Caregivers

    Provides non-medical, in-home services that will
    meet the needs of the growing senior population in
    Western Carteret and Eastern Onslow Counties.

    Our agency will provide senior care, respite care
    and companion care to help the seniors continue to
    live in the comfort of their home.


    Our Staff

    Qualifications:

    Jill Kile and Fran Hamilton are co-owners of
    Helping Hands Caregivers.

     Jill worked in dental care for 25 years assisting people
    in nutrition, oral hygiene, blood pressure and cholesterol
    education.  She attended continuing education courses
    covering sleep disorders, dementia, depression
    and nutrition.

     Fran worked at IBM for 21 years in various
    administrative and staff positions.  She has a daughter
    with special needs who lives independently.  Fran has
    devoted her time to volunteer services in Wake and
    Carteret Counties.
