Helping Hands Caregivers Fee Schedule Hourly Rate $16.00 per hour (3 hour minimum) $120.00 daily rate (8 hours) Mileage $.48 per mile (our car) No charge if we drive client’s car We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for scheduled services or you will be billed (excluding emergency situations) We are a private pay company. In some cases, Long-Term Care insurance may pay for these services. We will contact your insurance company to determine if your policy covers our services. Finance Charge An 18% finance charge (1.5% monthly) will be added for payments received after 15 days of invoice date. A minimum charge of $10 will be accessed.
